Just reporting in, looks like (and I don't know if this is a bug or intended) if you use the quest cleanup button when going to another guide it will blow away all the quests in your log, even the completed ones.
If possible could the guide be changed so that it swings by and has you turn in all the completed quests and then goes onto the new area (in the case of using SiS).
