Augmented Arcane Prision

So,
The cleanup wizard ahd me get rid of the prision during my run up to 85 because i\I bypassed the quest that used it.
Unfortunaltly to get to Loremaster I need it again.
Does anyone remenber where to get it?

It's a reward from a quest called The Cell.

So, I take it that there is no way to get it again so that I can complete the quest?
Won't this kind of hose me for the Loremaster achievement?

Some comments from wowhead:

Talk to him and select the option "What is the cause of this conflict?"
Then select that you lost your Augmented Arcane Prison. I got it back like this.

I deleted it a while ago because I already had Loremaster in total. Until I decided, when I was bored, to actually finish every quest I could.
After clicking multiple times on the option to give the orb, he didnt gave anything.
Relogging + turning off addons worked for me.

(from this comment I suppose there are still enough quests for the loremaster left)
