I hope im not posting about a known bug, if I am, I apologize.
In alliance, the achievement guide tells you to speak with earthen ring elder in Teldrassil at coords 56, 92.
That puts you in the ocean, where there is no npc anywhere nearby.
Ive completed all of the event quests, and would like to do the achievements now.
help!
