waypoint arrow wont rotate

everything but the waypoint arrow works perfectly the arrow at the top of the screen does not rotate which is very annoying, does anyone know how to fix

What level is your toon, where in the world is your toon, what guide section and step number are you on? All this kind of info will help us to help you better.

i even tried downloading tom tom and choosing that to see if it would work but that arrow doesnt even show up

Ahh, Worgen explains it. Right now there is a bug in the Astrolab files that's preventing waypoints from displaying in the Worgen starting area. It should start working properly once you leave the Gilneas area and move on into the next guide, which by your level should be pretty soon.

lol k thanks for your help i never thought about checking on another character, i just started playing again after a few months break and just updated all my addons and started panicking lol

Yeah, we had this problem in the past and it was fixed but came back again just recently with an update.
