for some reason i can instal the full account that the website says i have is anyone having the same problem?

Please make sure the settings in the Zygor updater are correct.
Your password should only contain letters and numbers, no special characters.
If you bought the guide recently use the repair function to reinstall them, otherwise you only have the trial guides installed.
If the updater cannot download the guides and you are using Bitdefender you have to completely disable it, Bitdefender is known to block the Zygor updater.
