So I have both the Horde and Alliance Leveling Guides with the WOTLK Dailies but I am wondering which guide I should get next. The pet and mounts guide seems cool since I love mounts and stuff but I am kind of bored at level 85 on my druid and am looking for something new to do. Any recommendations?

If you are bored by your character I recommend starting over with a fresh one. If you played the Druid as a caster just try out a melee class.
If you leveled only on one continent you can try out the other one. Or go through zones you didn't visit. Or even create a character of the other faction. -
For the guides I think probably the Achievements guides will keep you busy for a while. There are a lot of achievements that you have to go all over the place to do.My Flight Path Follies guide
