You're more likely to get in beta before I ever will Silver based on the criteria that they are looking for in beta testers. So Good Luck to you. If I get one I send it your way.

How do you get beta? I was diamond in sc2 a while back.

In the battle.net account management page, click the "Beta Profile Settings" and make sure Starcraft universe is checked. You'll also want to upload PC specs on that page.
