Healer Classes

So I have looked at a few sites and I am curious now, is playing a paladin the best way,
to go? It seems that monks have the ability to be pretty good healers as well. I know
that priests will always be there but honestly I am tired of playing a squishy! So I guess
paladin or druid is the way to go. Anyone have thoughts on this subject?

I did not play much healers, only druid back in WotLK and Monk some time ago until I needed to switch to tank beacuse we had too few tanks in the guild.
I found the Monk a good healer. He has the ability to be played as a background healer or go to where it hurts most and heal through damage (though in raids this may not be the best choice ).
It's not an easy healer or tank class but in general it's a fun class to play (and normally I like the plate wearing classes most...).
I can only recommend the Monk to anyone who wants to play a hybrid class.

Yea I am with ya cartman, I personally think now that I have looked into it more Pally is the way to go because of the plate, I dont want to mess with a druid with mail or a monk with leather.
