Live chat and support ticket

Why doesn't the live chat feature or the support ticket feature work now? Has anyone else noticed this or had issues?

Try using a different browser. I had live chat going and talked with people today with no issues and the support ticket system should work just fine. Worst case you can always send an email to support@zygorguides.com and I'll get it.
