I am looking at possibly leveling another toon on a different realm than I my current realm. Are you looking for any particular classes or roles? It might help me decide what to level next.

Well I have a pally tank(lrning to heal but suck)
a lock
and a boomkin Druid(also resto but hate healn on him)
and lvln a shammy at lvl 59 enchance/resto


So if u wanna lvl a priest that'd be cool or a warrior tank

but ATM I just want more ppl lol

Heals can be tough, like tanking it's a challenge because it requires you to pay attention at all times. Skippyninja provided a link a while back to this site.

I found it highly useful when I was trying to learn how to heal with my pally.

Not a big fan of priests as they are a bit too squishy for me and don't do decent damage until you get up there in the levels.

I could probably roll myself a warrior over there with the goal of dual speccing prot/fury. I will send an in-game mail to one of your toons when I get a toon over there.

I think if you decide to do a priest you'd be better off sticking to random dungeons for leveling. It can be fairly quick for leveling without having to worry about lack of dps for solo leveling, plus you constantly get more practice at group healing.

I have been wanting to roll a warrior for a while, so I am going to roll a tauren warrior. After starting out as a hunter, I have become very partial towards the tanking classes. I think it has something to do with me being an attention whore. Big, ugly beasts trying to beat on me is just plain fun.

I have to ask, again, because I do the same. How far do y'all get with these alts? I have a main 80 mage that I play a ton and he is still not done being tweaked. I keep making alts then go back to the mage main. Now I am trying to focus on simply two of my toons so I can actually get a 2nd 80:

80 Mage *main*
71 DK
64 Pally
61 Druid
60 Lock
59 Priest
59 Hunter
53 Mage (don't ask)
41 Hunter (again don't ask)

All of these are on a single server and every time I get excited about an alt I hammer till around 60ish then go back to the mage. He has too much stuff left to do like finish the PVE set, build a PVP set, work reputation, max tailoring, work achievements and so on.

I always start a toon with the goal of getting them to 80. How far I get with alts depends on the toon, if I get bored I will delete a toon in a heartbeat. I have deleted toons as high as 62 just out of boredom. I figure if I want to try leveling another toon of that class later I can get them back to that level in a couple of weeks max.

One of the reasons I play different toons is because despite my attempts to maintain a low profile when I join a new guild, I always tend to find myself in some type of raid leadership role. I find it rather difficult to properly critique someones performance, lend them advice, or come with different tactics to tackle content if you do not have a good understanding of what the other classes have to do or go through. Sure you can read up on the various websites, and use all of the simulators, but I do not know of any simulator that has had to break a cast to move away from the fire.

When I am levling a new toon I will go back to my alts and will mess around with them some; random dungeons, achievements, and the like. Most of my focus though is toward leveling a toon unless guild priorities come up in which case the guild takes precedence

I have a few alts now and 3 mains at 80and gear from 5.2-5.5k gs

my shammy is at lvl 68 now
and my rogue hunter Mage I got them all to lvl 20 just for now

I deleted 2 lvl 80 so for b/c I was bored and didn't like the server
they were allies and dk's lol

Do I have to transfer a toon from another relm?

I don't think there are no requirements besides not being a PITA. I joined as a reroll tauren warrior though transfers are acceptable. Play whatever class you like is what I was told as well. It's a decent realm although it is a low pop so the economy sucks. I might have to bring my three 80's over just to help gear up.
