Pre heroics I pretty much stick with rejuv when tank goes in to pull, then regrowth as backup hot, Keeping Lifebloom stacks on heavy pulls, using wildgrowth on myself for party damage (Im usually within the 30yrd range of everyone) and swiftmend for emergent heal on tank.
Glyph of rapid rejuv, Glyph of swiftmend.... very important.

keep rejuv and regrowth on your tank at all times durring pulls.
Do not hit lifebloom again until the entire stack of 3 is used, or you waist a huge heal and mana return for yourself.

If you are having trouble keeping the tank alive, either the tank is undergeared with low HP, or you need to increase your SP. There are some battle flasks you can buy for SP increase, as well as some food buffs.

DPS heals should be no more than a Wildgrowth with an occasional rejuv tossed on them. Anything more and they need to stay under aggro and out of damaging stuff like ooze.

Mana should not be a problem with innervate. You may want to bug an alchamist for runed mana potions though. Good to have in a tough fight.

Finally, the talent build wont be a part of the guide as resto is not ideal for solo leveling. There should be a build in the talents thread.

Oh, and things change when you hit 80. The rotation in places like elitistjerks.com or such is for lvl 80 toons. If you try that rotation pre 80, your gonna have a lot of trouble.
