EDIT: I just noticed that Taurens are the ONLY race capable of healing as ANY healing class or spec.

Locks:

/Cast Immolate
/petattack

The only change I would recomend is to change Immolate with Bane of Agony.
Reason: this is an instant cast, does note damage, and you can do all the above while moving if needed.
Once you are in raids/dungeons change the macro to pet attack and /cast curse of elements.
