How do I access in-game GM help?

I have lost all sound/audio for the game.

Don't know why it just happened.

How do I access an in-game GM to help me?

My sound card plays everything else just fine -- iTunes, WMP, WinAmp, etc. But it all of a sudden won't play WoW audio. Set all setttings to default. Still no luck. But HOW DO I GET A WOW GM TO HELP??

You should be able to hit Esc on you keyboard while in the game and click the help button and I think there should be a option to send a ticket in there. But just to warn you this from Blizzard:
In-Game response times are approximated as follows: Petitions Queue Duration: 9h: 22m
and they must be very busy since the last update to that was on the 8th.

Do you use Windows 7? I think there you can set the volume for every application separately. Check the speaker icon in the system tray when running WoW if you muted it.
Also check the audio settings inside the game, maybe WoW itself messed something up.
