The short answer to this question is no.
The long answer is that Zygor has stated that he does not plan to make guides for any other game if the game does not support the same type of addon structure that WoW has. Basically, if he can't make an in game guide like we have for WoW, then there's absolutely no chance he'd consider making a guide for the game.
Does this mean that it will never happen for Rift? Who knows. The Rift devs have stated that they'd eventually like to have some type of addon support, so maybe at some point in the distant future it's possible, but right now with the current development of Rift it just won't happen.My Flight Path Follies guide
