Yes, the thing I linked on the previous page with the Radeon 5650 (or one with the newer 6550) is good for WoW and most other current games.
The ATI numbers are pretty easy to understand. The first digit is the generation, currently its the 6000 series but the 5000 are still good. The next gives a good idea of the performance. 700, 800 and 900 are powerful chips (for example 5850), 500 and 600 are mid range chips (the mentioned 5650 and 6550). Lower ones are too slow for many games (5450, 5350, 5250...).
Intel graphics always is too slow for games.
For Nvidia chips I have to look up which ones are good. I think it's the 40 ones (240, 340...) but I'm not sure as they change this pretty often...
