I keep seeing posts on other forums that +65 int is best for your cloak, but I can only find +50... Is the +65 exclusive for Enchanters or am I just not looking for it hard enough?

Maybe they confuse it with the +65 crit enchant:

Only thing higher than 50 in enchants is the weapon proc Power Torrent. There is no enchant that gives 65 int in live or on the PTR for 4.1 yet.

Hate to say it Chaos, but that link is pretty worthless as it shows a ton of profession items but only one of them is 65+ for int.

That is a link to everything that can give intelligence that are from Professions that I can see. If there is more than I don't know why they don't show up.

I had just been trying to point out that the first link you listed as being anything at least 65 Int but out of the 32 items it only had 1 that matched that criteria.
