My internet problem is back QQ

So no stream until my internet is fixed. Problem is my upload. My download works like its supposed to but my upload keeps losing connection. I'm fine for a hour if I reset everything but after that hour no streaming until I reset again. So my internet provider will be at my house tomorrow to fix it so until then I can play online but not stream it.
