Razer Naga Epic Firmware Issue

What ever you do don't update the firmware for the mouse to 1.03 or the dock firmware update. It causes problems with the mouse. The problem is after you update unless you leave the mouse in wired mode when you turn the computer off the thumbpad no longer works unless you install the updates again. And don't try to revert to the 1.02 firmware like Razer will want you to it breaks the mouse where windows won't recognize it. I'M SO DAMN PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW

Update:
I RMAed the Naga last week and just got one back today and it works. So at least they gave me a replacement is all I can say that was good about the experience.
