Great Guides, Even Better Customer Service

I bought this guide yesterday evening and had a slight problem with my membership being revoked due to a glitch. It was unnerving, especially being a first time guide buyer, however I kept a cool head, contacted Zygor, and he had the problem fixed in a timely manner.

These guides are amazing, like brilliant. I was so happy with the leveling guide I went ahead and got the Dailies and Events guide today.

Thanks Zygor for the great experience thus far, looking forward to what 2011 holds for these guides!

Same here. I had a problem with the SIS, turns out everyone is having the same problem and I posted a thread before reading the forums. But I had a reply within minutes. I also just purchased the events and dailies guides. Now I've got everything ready for Cata and Zygor will be there the day before Blizzard is!!

I wish Blizzard customer service was a tenth as good as Zygor.
