If you downloaded from the updater without putting in your zygor guides user name and password the trial package will not be overridden.
After you do this, hit repair, then update, and you should be good to go.

You're positive that you are putting your username and password in the settings tab on the Zygor Updater?

You obviously have the guide or you'd be unable to post on the forums.

Be 100% sure you are using your correct username and password in the Zygor updater then hit repair.

Also, be sure you have it turned on in your addons section when you log onto WoW.

OK... when you log into WoW, before you select a toon, click the addons button to the bottom left. When that window pops up make sure at the top right of that screen the "Load Out of Date Addons" is checked.
Let me know if this was unchecked, please. If it was, let me know if this worked for you.

Also, do NOT buy another copy of the guides. Ill get to that after we get your guide up and running.

It just will NOT go beyond level 20.

How incredibly disappointing. I REALLY loved your guide up to level 20.

And I liked it so much that I bought it twice! LOL!

But, unfortunately, It will not work at all any more beyond 20.

Well, that is a bit harsh. I dont think the person was either a troll or an idiot.
These products are not cheep, and I do understand people wanting their paid for items to work properly. Sometimes on a dynamic platform like WoW things need to be tweaked and adjustments made to get them to work. I just wish the OP had a bit more patience to let us help him figure it out.

I am not making this up. I have paid twice for this, and logged in several times to WoW, and checked off all the relevant items on login, and still the product stops at level 20.

Better than most I've seen. No, it's not always fast as we'd like it but it happens. Trust me, the guys here will get it up and running. Just gotta be a little patient with them is all. They are very busy but they do address everyone's issues as soon as they can.
