Twin Peaks step 18

I always do this, always I know of the area and the quest line so I know that I have to eventually go on top of this mountain but there are a couple quests right before it that you have to go into a cave.

The NPC is called "Injured Goblin Miner"

But the guide is missing a "Go into Cave" note and a location point for the cave

seeing this fixed would make me sooooooo happy!

As this cave does not have a special map I think the enter cave step still needs to be in the guide as the travel system cannot determine whether it's inside or outside the cave.
The Horde guide has the enter cave as step 18.

Ok, maybe I'm just getting too old and forgetful, but I don't remember any Twin Peaks zones or guides. Where is Twin Peaks?

He means the Storm Peaks.
