I would like to see something small easy to do like the version number that we are using in the addon config panel..

An easy way to find what version you have running is if you generate a bug report (don't need it to have a bug to do this) from the guide options. In the first line (maybe 2nd one) is the version number.
But yes, it would be nice to just see it there without having to do this.My Flight Path Follies guide

Click the Z icon on the mini map, then select Zygor Guides Viewer and click Create a Bug Report. The version will be listed as something like v.2.0.XXXBecome a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:
