Possible to have hover timeout option added?

I know you guys have been plenty busy with the new gold guide but I have a request for the main guides. I use ElvUI and I embed the guide into the bottom right chat panel area. To make it embed/look right I have to have the guide flipped upside down, and to maximize space within that area I have to hide the guide controls. Well the issue is when I hide the guide controls and I want to say use the "find nearest" feature I click it but the guide controls and the such fade too fast to actually select what I want to find. Is there any chance you guys could extend the time the guide controls stay active or make it configurable? I would very much appreciate it. Thanks for all the hard work you guys do!
