what Happen to the Talent Builds that use to be on my members page i really relied on that for help...

If I am thinking on this correctly, They currently took it down to update it Since the Builds on the in-game talent guide are different then the ones that were on the site. Too many people were asking this question and getting confused on what to do, So I think they took it down to either not build any more confusion and to update it. When it is updated they will probably Bring it back up on the site.

The online talent builds have been replaced with the new in-game Talent Advisor which is installed alongside Version 2.0. Go in game, press "N", click the Z button in the top right corner of the Talent panel, and then click Configure. Use the drop down menu labeled "Select a build".
