Idea: Auto-detect starting point

Currently, a fresh install of the guides creates a starting point of 1-13 of whatever race you are playing. maybe you could detect the current players level, and start them in that part of the guide, and then do an initial auto-skip until you reach the players level or find a block of un-finished quests.

We basically have this in the SIS already. Normally the guide should start to auto-skip once you load in for the first time. Sometimes it doesn't, but all you have to do is right click on the next step arrow and watch it scroll thru the guides finding your starting spot.
