be able to skip certain quests

with that sis system it would be nice if there was an option to skip a quest for w/e reason, and then it would elimate any follow up etc, there are certain quests right now that are bugged and cant be done and i have run into where the guide says pick up a quest but for some reaosn it isnt available

The team are right now working on the 2nd and 3rd problem. The first I don't know if it can be done.

Normally when the SIS is functioning and the 'skip impossible steps' is checked, if you manually skip accepting a quest the guides would mark the follow up steps as impossible and skip them. Once SIS is all working again I think you'll find it can do what you want when the proper options are enabled.
