Change Hearth location for Alliance Mining Guide

Instead of, in the Alliance mining guide, using the Trade District, why not use the Dwarven District to Hearth to. It has the same functionality of the Trade District with an Inn Keeper, Auction House and Bank all right there, plus it's closer to the Mining Trainer and the forge. I imagine this change could also be useful for the engineering profession... others too that use their trainers in the Dwarven District or are in constant need of the forge/anvil.

Just a thought.
