I found this when I was playing with some people from the Shattered Soulstone Podcast.

Basic Discription:
Lugor The Crazed is the mob name. He stands over a Lectern on Cathedral Level 3 is where I found him. You click him and he speaks and asks that you leave him alone and he will drop gold as a bribe to. If you click the Lectern after talking to him he gets mad and starts fighting you. He didn't drop much maybe a Blue is all I saw. And I was in a party of 3 at the time.

Another was that on Cathedral Level 1 you can sometimes find a Black Mushroom. Doesn't do anything or sell for anything. It's just a throwback to finding one for Adria back in Diablo 1 for a quest.

Oh yeah, I remember finding Lugor once during the beta. And I found that mushroom a couple of times.
