CRC Errors when updating

HI
Updating has stopped working and failing with
error cannot compute hashes. Data error cyclic redundancy check
only way I can get updates at the moment is to delete the folder and reinstall.. which is annoying to say the least

If you're running Windows please make sure to run the Windows Update tool and make sure you have any and all updates installed for Windows and the .NET Framework, then re-start your computer.
