Downloading Help!!!!

Everytime I try to download the client, I get a box opening that says:

Microsoft IE Execute shell has stopped working

I've reloaded the .NET framework 4 on my computer, and I still have the same problem. Any suggestions, or solutions?

When you click to download try just saving the file and don't try to run it from IE. After the download finishes go to where you saved the file and run it manually. Maybe that IE Execute shell error is just IE having a problem running the software.
