I can not log in to my account to set up the launcher

After downloading the package again after replacing my hard drive, I cannot log in on the first part. It is saying that the user name and password are invalid. So I cannot even get to the set up part. I have tryed changing my password but still to no avail. Please help.
Edit 1. Ok got the package installed but the viewer is not showing up on my add ons list at the character screen.
Edit 2. Will delete and try again.

You're using the black Updater client and have Java installed with the latest version?

Did you use the gear icon on the Updater to go into the settings to make sure the paths are set correctly?
