Guides don't show up

    Guides don't show up

    I bought the updated version of all guides. I installed the client and things seem to work ingame, but the guides I bought don't show up. Only the Pandaren 1-12 guide shows up. The others, like Pandaria 85-90 aren't there. Help please.
    I got a receipt from cliick bank, but Zygoir doesn't seem to identify them as being purchased by me.

    Make sure all settings in the Zygor client are correct especially the WoW addons folder location.
    Then click the wrench icon in the lower right corner to reinstall the guides.

      If the client does not show the purchased guides check the username and password settings.
      It's possible that there are still issues when username or password contain special characters, stick to letters and numbers in the password.

      For a further look into your account data you need to wait for the Zygor support to show up here or use the support page (link in the top menu bar here).

          Just purchased the 90-100 guide but in game all I see is all of the other guides I purchased. Does WoD guide not show up until WoD goes live?

          I clicked repair and reinstall and it says current version 5.0.10768

            With guide version 5.0.10768 the WoD leveling guides are available.
            You can check the version number ingame in the lower left of the guide selection window.
            If you still see some 4.0 version make sure the addons folder setting in the Zygor client is correct.
            If it says 5.0.10768 check the client and the product page of the members section if the WoD guides are correctly shown in your account.

              I was able to get it to work, I ended up buying the same guide twice though. Anyway I can either get a refund or have another alliance guide that I do not have on my account activated instead?

                You should create a support ticket via the support button at the top of this page. That way you directly contact the Zygor team.
