Same issue, and when I click on the addons button, zygor viewer doesn't even show up.

@ skylar_1968, you need to purchase WoD upgrades in order to have them available to you.

@ zuundrela, it sounds like you might have an installation problem. Please use the Support link at the top and send in a ticket so we can help better with that.

I just bought the upgrade for leveling an hour ago and still can't download it. I tried even to repair and see but nothing.

@ skylar_1968, what you get is free updates to keep the guides that you own working in the game. The free updates do not include adding new guides for new content added to the game with an expansion. That is why there are optional upgrades you can purchase for the expansion content.

@ babe1973, I see the purchase active on your account. Try clicking the refresh button (between username and X) on your installer client to see if that helps.

No I still do not have the guides and have repaired, re-installed about 6 times - still no luck. What is happening?

All who have problems not seeing the guides in the game: please make sure you exit WoW before updating or reparing the guide.
At least one person had the problem yesterday and simply restarting WoW fixed it.

I'm having a problem with WoD guides too.

My account doesn't show that I own WoD guides for Horde, but either the option to buy it.
Can you check this for me, please?

Yes. Updated and restarted. The image describe better what i'm saying.
And yes, i've bought alliance WoD guides in hope to fix my horde guide.
