Can't load guide

I can't seem to load the guide despite reinstalling, and deleting the applicable WTF folders. I've attempted to remove any conflicting addons but still get errors. If I knew LUA more, I'd dig into fixing it myself.

Hope that helps. Would love to get this resolved as I purchased the WoD guides to power level to 100 and right now I'm leveling manually.

Have you tried disabling all other addons, not just ones marked as out of date?

same here. I have unistalled zygor and reinstalled ...nothing...just tries to direct me to a jungle and when I do frostridge....no guides just an arrow pointing here and there

In my case there was an addon conflicting. I systematically disabled them until I tracked it down. Sorry for the post, thanks again!

What addon was that? We'll gladly check if we can get ZGV to play nice with it.

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.
1. Exit WoW
2. Go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. Go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. Run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. Go back in game and see if that fixed it

The guide is up...but the arrow from the guide points to the other side of the map for a quest that I have, it then indicates back to a place where the quest is located, in fact which is easier to walk to the quest, than follow what the guide says. Also, when I click on the quest I have, it says error no object in guide so I have to delete it and this is a quest that the guide told me to pick up.

A friend lent me his password for Dugi's guide.... and I'm sorry to say I have jumped from 90 to 93 in 6 hours of real time playing than 4 hours trying to get to quests and hand in to people who are not where the guide says they should be. I have been a loyal Zygor member ever since it started, paid my dues, sat and cursed whenever new expansions come out till the guide catches up, but never abandoned Zygor. But, honestly, after WOD.....and Zygor....I'm having second thought. Also, just a point, my friend who has stuck with Dugi since it stated is given loyalty membership and WOD comes free without additional funding required. I feel short changed and bitter at the moment. Please, please... sort this mess out. I was even contemplating a refund as I'm nearly halfway to 94 and on another wow guide that's not Zygor

All addons disable, saved variable deleted, I even did WTF, Cache etc rebooted 4 times,uninstalled zygor, re-installed zygor..pulled hair out, kicked the dog (joking!!), divourced the wife.....and all I got was the zygor box with frostridge as zone but no guides listed and when I clicked to move forward to next like, nothing changes...

If you are in or near the garrison the arrow will be bugged. We are working on that. Are you able to load guides?

All I got is a black box (square...I liked the round edges) with frostridge as the zone of choice 90-92 but underneath there are nothing...even, as I said, I like to move onto the next ,it has nothing..... I'm turning to drink non decaf coffee now, my nerves are fried, the wife wants half the house and half the xbox games too....
