i cant get the upgrade site to work

I have tried to upgrade my account but it wont load the web page to pay for it I have tried on IE and Chrome HELP

Try disabling your anti-virus software. Some of them do not like the Clickbank website and will block it. Another thing you could try doing is to try using a different computer.
