Installer Window Size

Anyone else getting this I cannot seem to resize it

I've never seen this before. What version of Windows are you on?

Windows 8.1

Its ok just had a realisation have a program called windowmanager which remembers my window size and location - deleted settings for zygor and now it looks normal thanks
