    Client incompatible with latest Java?

So, I updated Java today to version 8 update 45 and I am unable to click anything inside the Zygor client. The window opens but clicking on any 'buttons' does nothing, as if it isnt seeing button clicks...

I just updated to 8u45 and am not seeing any of these issues. The client doesn't have any graphical glitches, does it?

No graphical glitches, I just cant click anything in the client. It now says I need to restart the client to install a client update with restart and exit buttons and I cant click any of them, nor does the client show up in task manager. I have a window that is just there with nothing I can do to close it, probably will have to reboot.

The client would be java.exe, is that not there?

Is this a re-occurring error? Your connection to Zygor is timing out, so either your internet is acting up, or the Zygor server is.

I have seen it happening now like 6 or 7 times for the past couple of days since the latest client update. Didn't bother me much yet now until I decided to visit forum to see if I was the only one or not and noticed this post which seemed kind of related.

Where are you from? US, EU?
What kind of download speed do you have? (Can visit Speedtest.net and run a test if you're unsure)
What is your ping to http://zygorguides.com? (Open command prompt or terminal, type "ping zygorguides.com" (no quotes). Hit Ctrl+C to cancel the pinging if it is continuous)

                  EU (Netherlands).
Have a fibre connection with 100mbps (up and down) and speedtest gives me around 98mbps up/down.

Definitely a connection problem, however not at my own place so this might be a routing problem. Ping shows me this:

30 hops seems to be quite too much though . Did a reversed whois on the 80.249.211.140 and it is an AMS-IX router so it seems to leave my provider and reach the Amsterdam exchange but hard to say what happens after that as not all routers responds to pings.

Looks like I will be creating a ticket with my provider to see if they can pinpoint it. Weird thing though is I don't have any trouble opening any pages on the zygorguides website

Sounds like a plan. Shame it's causing issues for you in terms of using the client :\
