Payment error !
Hi ! I tried to buy the Dailies & Events and the Dungeons & Gear guides for both faction and it failed ! I got this error :
"Processing error - Payment not yet confirmed. Please try again in a few minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
All is not lost, though!
We have the following data on file:
Full name: My name
Receipt: Receipt number
Our staff has been notified of this incident. We'll email you at "my e-mail" to sort this out."
It's strange because I see on my credit card account that the payment has been successfull and I received an e-mail from ClickBank that said that it was successfull what the fuck happened ?! I can't even e-mail the support because it says :
"Sorry, We're Currently Offline
We were unable to connect to the server. It may have gone offline or you could be experiencing connectivity issues. Please re-try your submission in a few minutes.
