Zygor not installing right.

I used Firefox to download the Zygor client installation. I wen't through the installation process and it said it was completed and asked if I wanted to create a desktop shortcut, and I selected 'Yes'. It also asked if I wanted to launch the client, and I said 'Yes'. After that, absolutely nothing happens. There is no desktop shortcut and I can't seem to find the client anywhere on my computer. I have Java installed so that's not the problem. Any help?

This is one of the odd bugs that creeps up now and then. Please run the client installer again and this time only create the shortcut and exit, don't run the client right away. After you do that then you'll see the desktop shortcut and you'll be able to run the client.

I have exactly the same problem, but Master Tinker Cabby's solution does not work for me. After a cold re-installation of Win 7 Pro and an immediate upgrade to Win 10 Pro, I installed WoW, Java, and the addons, including the Zygor guides. No desktop icon and no entries in either the Appdata/Roaming or WoW addons directories. There is a Zygor link in the group of running services beside the calendar but only for the one period the PC is powered up. Even then, the guides icon doesn't always show on the game UI. And if I power down the PC, I have to reinstall the Zygor client to have some access the next time. Any help would be appreciated.
