loyalty question

I joined in feb 2009 and followed Zygor through its ups and downs. But what sticks in my throat is looking at my membership and seeing that its BASIC and nor ELITE for the $4 per month (sic) requirement. Sorry, but don't appreciate this title.

I understand you don't like that level name but only you can see it in the Members area and others don't see it. What is the question you had about loyalty?

Basic as in "from the base" or a level which is the starting point. If Zygor had intended to insult those who did not decide to pay for the monthly subscription he would have called subscribers "Basic" (as in what is considered normal) and non-subscribers something like "Lite". Also using fancy names like "Elite" and "Super Level User" to entice emotions and encourage a purchase is called advertising... nothing new and nothing bad.
