ESO Guide Out of date / Elite membership expired

Hi there.

I'm getting a message indicating that my membership has expired (it hasn't) and that the addon is out of date. (1.3.13885)

Could you please advise?

Please run the desktop client, select ESO in the center, then use the wrench icon near the bottom right to reinstall the guides.

Thanks, did that and resolved the issues.

However today I get the message "Unable to load guide LEVELING/Glenumbra(8-16) no guide by that name."

Has been working fine..

I deleted all my directories in "Documents" did a reinstall and all working again.
