Cannot install the Client

I can't install the client, after some seconds the download speed reduce to like 0, tried to install it few times. Does the same thing, reinstalled Java and my internet is working fine. Please help.

Check to make sure your anti-virus and firewall software is not blocking the client and Java.

I'm having a similar problem. when i click install nothing happens, i just have a small window with an empty bar that does nothing. install is just hanging. have updated java and deleted zygor guides from registry. Have also added Zygor applications for kaspersky trusted list

Try reinstalling Java and make sure you have Java as a trusted application as well in your anti-virus.

downloaded and installed java again still same problem. both java and zygor guides are trusted apps in KIS. download still hanging

Have you tried restarting the computer?

i'm having same thing just having not doing anything at all. i've restarted i've run as admin and still its stops at Extracting and the Finish button is gray out cant hit it ban like this for 2 hours

may i ask where to get the Installing Zygor Guides Manually zip i see it for win star and elder skrolls but not wow

ok i just un installed it and now im installing it than ill reboot the pc b4 trying to install zygor 1s agion brb 2 keep u updated

ok now it has installed and i have a icon on the task bar but thats it i can only cloes it ?

i can show u what it is doing if u like i have skype or teamviewer.. but yes i just installed java and rebooted b4 trying to install again it's on stalled not but ... its not doing any thing but sitting in the pc tray all it gives is the option to exit it... can i get the wow zip for doing this plz http://www.zygorguides.com/support/m...ualinstall.php

problem solved i want to the root file i deleted it than i ran the installer 1 more time changing the directory 2 it so that it installed in my battle net file and now its running
