Elite subscription, no guides?

I just subscribed for Elite but no extra guides are showing up in-game after updating. I have deleted Zygor Guides viewer from the WoW Interface folder, uninstalled/reinstalled the client and addon but still the only guides I can see are the ones I have previously purchased before subscribing to Elite.

I got the same issue yesterday. I wrote the support and they sent me an email, a few hours later.
Issue solved. Now i can view the guides for Legion.

Yeah I sent an email a few hours ago as well so I should hopefully get a reply soon. Did you find out what the problem was when they fixed it?

I have replied to your email now.

For anyone else that might be having this issue try doing a full guide wipe/reset.

1. Exit WoW
2. Go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. Go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. Run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. Go back in game and see if that fixed it

3. Go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. Run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. Go back in game and see if that fixed it

Didn't work for me. After trying that, I went the extra mile and deleted the Interface and WTF folder completely, reinstalled the client, reinstalled the addon, logged in so the only addon I had was the guide viewer and still nothing.

Im missing guides such as:
Legion Loremaster
Legion Professions (700-800)
Legion Achievements
Legion Mounts
Legion Titles
-and the only faction in the Rep guide for Legion is The Nightfallen

I should have access to all the above guides as well as others because on my Zygor account page all the guide boxes where checked for both factions after I subscribed.

Nobody has those guides currently, as they're not done yet. We didn't have time in beta to finish those, so we're still working on them.

I am having a similar issue. I already own all the horde leveling guides except for Pandaria and Legion. I upgraded to an Elite account to gain access to the Legion leveling guide. After installing I only have access to the guides I bought, not to Legion. I have tried doing a full guide wipe/reset as per your instructions but it has not resolved the issue.
