Zygor wont open from desk top

Cant open WOW using the desktop Zygor. So I cant update it. Keeps giving me "There is already an instance of Zygor guides running and to check my tray for the Z icon" What?????

Look in your task bar tray near the date/time for a Z icon. If you find one there then right click on it and select Open. If you can't find the icon or you can't right click on it then restart your computer.
