    New Member Clien will not open to load guides

    I became a Elite member tonight and I can not get client to open to install guides
    I installed the client. I have uninstalled and updated java to latest version. I have rebooted computer….I deleted client and reinstalled
    Zygor shows up on my desktop but only advises me that its running when I click it.
    Zygor shows a Z in my bottom bar, when I right click it all I get is a exit option.
    I am unable to open the client to install the guides. What am I doing wrong?

    Try opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and in the Processes tab (pre-Win8) or the Details tab (Win8 or Win10) find the java.exe process that is running. When you find it end that process then try running the client again.

        Please press WinKey + R to open up your Run prompt and type in %appdata%. Go into the Zygor Guides Client folder in there and then into the log folder. Send the 3.1.119.txt file in there to support@zygorguides.com so we can see the entire log file. What you posted does not show any problems.

            There appears to be nothing wrong in your log file. It's showing the guides being downloaded and unzipped without a problem. They should be available in game. Try reinstalling Java again if you're having a problem with using the Z icon on the task bar tray.
