    Having trouble getting out of trial mode to elite mode

    So I started off with the trial mode and liked it right away. Noticed I couldn't specifically select a Legion quest zone and found out it was because I was using a trial, so I made the one month purchase. I believe I'm still stuck in trial mode. On the Zygor client if I go to Zygor Sync it says "this section is only available to customers who have Zygor Elite subscription (which I have and verified on my account). I tried hitting the repair button and reinstalling, snycing and nothing, still on trial mode. Its a exhausting first time, any chance I can get any help?

    When you click on the words World of Warcraft in the middle does it list the Elite subscription? If so doing a reinstall with the wrench icon should get it put into place properly. If you continue to have a problem with that try doing a full guide wipe/reset.

    1. exit WoW
    2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
    3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
    4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
    5. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it

      I appreciate the fast reply, I had gotten it sorted out. Did a restart reinstalled and it worked fine. However, I'm having more trouble.

      So now that the trial was done and gone I was excited to see my elite was showing up. I went in game and recieved what was called a lua error. At this point almost hours have gone by and I can't seem to get this error away. I can still use Zygor however from what a friend is describing to me things are missing and feels like its half working. I got the report but it was only showing up in general chat in game so I couldn't copy and paste the error. At this point it has become beyond frustrating as you could understand. How can I get a proper box to show up with the error so I may troubleshoot it with you?

        If it was a message in the chat window that says to check the LUA errors then do those steps I have in the previous post to give a clean reset of the guides and that should fix that message.
