Not finding guides - sub runs out in less than hour message

This morning each time I have logged an alt, I get the 'no guides suggested for your char' message despite it also saying everything is up to date. I have 11 alts (yes I know :; ) and on my 5th of the morning and each one is getting the same. Each time I have quit, run the refresh and scan and repair, logged back and it works until I log out and select my next alt - so 5 times this morning I have done this. I am now also getting the message that my sub runs out in less than an hour despite there being no problem with my subs that I am aware of. Annoying to say the least!

When you have the desktop client open make sure the box next to World of Warcraft in the middle is orange like in this pic.


If it's not orange it will not properly update your guides and license file. Once you've made sure it's orange then use the wrench to do a reinstall.

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.


1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it

That appears to have worked for now, thank you. Sadly my beloved Titan panel seems to be throwing up a conflict following an update to it last night and I have had to disable it Ah well - as long as Zygor is working
