Updating my payment info??

I've gone to my account and clicked on "manage subscriptions" but in the edit payment form, I have a previous credit card number saved in the box and it won't let me delete it and add the new one. I can edit the expiration date, the address, the 3 number security code, all of that but not the number. Help plz!

Even tho it looks like you can't edit that box you can click in it to get the cursor in there and enter a new card number.
