Guide launcher keeps crashing

This only started recently. I have the most current Java installed and shortly after I launch it, it crashes and leaves "hs_err_pid#####" files on my system (Win 10 Creators Edition). Trying to reinstall the client does the same thing.

Any ideas what to look for?

Your JVM is crashing. Try completely re-installing Java and checking if that fixes it.

Tired reinstalling and didn't work at first -- had to uninstall completely before reinstalling, and it seems to work now. Thanks.
