re-enabling elite subscription

I've updated my paypal information, but upon trying to re-enable subscription i get an error re payments not accepted on this card. I've updated my card info, now I get a new error saying declined yet it is all verified etc from paypal.

I have cleared out the billing information and this should allow you to get signed up with the payment method of your choice. If you continue to have problems with this please let me know.

Your June 11th payment is past due because PayPal doesn't like the payment method that you have selected in the preapproved payments. 5 days after a payment is past due you get set back to basic/trial status but the subscription remains active in the payment processor for 2 weeks as it tries to collect the payment. This is why it's saying that you have an active sub. Make sure you have a backup funding source for the Zygor preapproved payment agreement in PayPal and that should allow the sub to be renewed.
